How should I revise History A-Level?

Hi, I need some advice

How should I be structuring my days to revise for History?
At the moment I have a schedule of revising multiple subtopics from each of my 3 courses per day. (As shown in the attached image).

However, my friend advised me to focus on one course each week.
For example: This week study all 4 Topics from my USA course, Next week study all 5 Topics from my Britain course. (One day per week dedicated on recapping a previous course so I don't forget it)

Im not sure what to do!
