But what is it, apart from a few graphics and you playing with your hair? There's nothing unique or that draws me in to continue watching; it's just another youtuber in a sea of similar youtubers.

no, i wouldn't say that I'm playing with my hair I'm just doing vlogs yeah that's nothing new because everybody does that but I want to make mine interesting
