Login credential issue for Twins

Hi,

My twin daughters will be starting University in Sept 2024. They tried to create login for student finance. One of my twins was able to create her login but the other one was rejected saying they already have a login. When she reached out to Student Finance over phone they asked her to send a paper application. She sent a paper application, she has now received an email that the application has been put on hold for reason ‘Awaiting Eligibility Evidence’ and is asking her to provide the evidence by logging into Student Finance account and providing Customer Reference Number whereas she does not have a login id and the paper application was sent in the first place so that Student Finance can create her Login and Customer Reference Number.

Can you please advise how can she get her login created so she can provide the eligibility evidence.

Thanks
Sri

Hi Sri. If your daughter has been asked for eligibility evidence then there will be an account set up for her. If she does not know her Customer Reference Number, she will have to contact us directly to get this. She can contact us on 0300 100 0607. Thanks, David
