Cov uni accommodation

Anyone got any recommendations for a clean and spacious Coventry university accommodation as I’m moving in sept intake, I’d like a studio that has everything, nothing shared, thank you :smile:

Have you checked out the accommodations listed on our website here? We offer an Early Bird Discount on selected 43-week contract en-suites! You can also view the undergraduate accommodation fees, essential information before moving in, and advice on managing the cost of living.

If you're looking for something more private, we offer private accommodation through our letting company, FutureLets, which manages university-owned halls of residence and approved private providers throughout the city. I personally used IQ Student Accommodation and found it resourceful and clean! Hope this helps 🤗

Hello, please what do you mean bills are not included? What other things do I have to pay for?
I've been considering CODE as well but I saw that the electricity bill isn't straightforward and it really confused me. Now, I'm even more confused because it appears there are other things I need to pay for.
Could you kindly shed more light on this? I'd really appreciate it. Thank you so much

Yes, so things such as water bills, electricity bills are all extra things you would have to pay for. So the more you use the more you have to pay. An accommodation I would highly recommend is 'Millennium View Homes for Students'.
