GCSE june 2019 paper 1 psychology edexcel 9 marker answer?

could someone give me an example answer to the question in the June 2019 paper 1 regarding morality? This was the question:

Q 24: A woman needs money to help her brother but does not have enough to help him. She steals money from her workplace and gives it to her brother. Three men from England were asked whether the woman’s actions were right or wrong and why.
• Man A said the woman was right to steal the money because everyone in the world is equal and so money should be given to those who need it.
• Man B said the woman was wrong to steal the money because she might get in trouble.
• Man C said the woman was right to steal the money because her family might disapprove of her not helping her brother.
Assess how stages of morality can account for the responses given by the men. (9)

In the first paragraph just state the different types of morality then in the second paragraph state which person is in which stage and why and in the final paragraph evaluate it by just saying the strengths and weaknesses of Kohlbergs study and use any other research to evaluate

i dont understand what to write for AO3. could you give some examples pls. ive read the markscheme but i the AO3 style is very different to what ive learnt in class. we were told to back our points up with theories or case studies but the markscheme says strength/weaknesses
