AL Maths Stats Question

Here is the question (and the venn diagram needed for it). I am stuck on part c, I know that for two events to be independent, say A and B, then P(A intersection B) =P(A) x P(B). But here how can I get P(not A intersection C) from the venn diagram? And use that to compare to P(Not A) x P(C)? Some help would be greatly appreciated!

p(A'nC) is just the intersection between being in C and NOT A, so there are a couple of regions satisfying it so ...
