Hello, I currently study pharmaceutical science. I may be wrong but I don’t believe you can do a masters in pharmacy. I think the pharmacy course you would do as an undergraduate has an integrated masters. (4 year course, last year is the masters). I don’t know your situation, but if you really want to study pharmacy, could you not take a gap year? I would not recommend studying pharmaceutical science if you have your heart set on becoming a pharmacist.

Not sure what uni you’re going to either, but some offer a foundation year for pharmacy I believe. I also know somebody on my course switched to pharmacy after the first year (they begged to do this, I wouldn’t recommend though)

You need to complete a 4 year MPharm to be a pharmacist or do a foundation year + MPharm. I cant see a route from pharmaceutical science to pharmacist unless you start again or they let you transfer onto the course that you applied for. I have heard of people tranfering before, but not a Kingston.

There is no short postgrad 'conversion' course for Pharmacy - you would have to complete the entire MPharm course, and you would not get SF funding for a second undergraduate degree, so unless yo have mega ££ to pay fees and your living costs for 4 years, forget it.

If you don't want to do the alternative course, then don't do it. Decline the offer now. Plan a gap year and get some relevant experience, and try again next year - nowhere does it say that you can only go to Uni this year.
