Aldi experience day
So I went through all the stages of online questionnaire, video interview, in person interview and instoor experience just for them to tell me I was unsuccessful. I honestly don't understand the point in this whole process basically a month wasted just to be told I'm not right person for the job, like why is the recruitment so long and why have me come into store if I'm not even through yet.
