Thinking of starting to go to a gym. Is there a website for beginners that shows tutorials on the equipment, workouts and advice?

Also, do you have to stretch before and after every exercise even if its something as simple as doing 5 push ups after waking and before going to sleep?
You'll have an in-person induction at the gym where you'll be shown how to use the equipment.

Warm-up just before the gym session and cool down after; you can ask the gym staff about this and programmes to help with what you want to achieve.
