Why am I not normal?

I keep fantasising about getting married to a celebrity or becoming friends with one. It is all I think about it. I know it is not normal but I can’t help it.
Haven't you got something more productive to focus on; studies, work, hobbies, something altruistic?

Is it affecting your everyday life?

More daydreamer than you think exist. As long as you don't lose your focus on everyday life, I see no issues with daydreaming at all.

True. Also, OP's fantasies sound totally normal and benign to me, almost too much so. I would bet a lot of people have a lot weirder ones. My own fantasies involve beings that don't even exist in this world.

Daydreaming can't never be ignored all the day long. But you can reduce it, if you realize for yourself that it is too much.
