Illustration at UWE, Brighton or UAL
Hi,
Been lucky enough to get an offer at Brighton, UAL and Bristol UWE for Illustration.
Can you let me know your opinions please on the difference between the courses. Brighton is great as everything is within walking distance (night life). Just unsure about having to travel into the city of Bristol to go out…..UAL doesn’t seem to have much to do on the doorstep.

hey, I currently study illustration at uwe and I live in the city centre, i’m a maximum of about 15 minutes away from anything fun. I’ve enjoyed my first year of the course, the lecturers are very nice and the modules are very free range and we have a lot of resources available on campus. It about an hour walk from where i currently live to campus, but you can get a bus that takes about 15ish minutes.

That’s really helpful. I’m looking forward to the offer day at UWE next week. I hadn’t considered staying in town and travelling out to UWE.
