I have an offer for law but I am unsure how to rank my colleges. I want a catered gowned college preferably. For now I am thinking: 1.Chads 2.Castle 3.Mary‘s (I don’t think they have shared rooms tho) 4.Cuths 5.Hatfield (I like it a lot but I fear of it being too snobby¿) 6.Trevs 7.Aidans 8.Johns 9.Grey 10.Van Mildert 11.Collingwood 12.John Snow 13.Stevo 14.Hild Bebe 15.South 16.JoBo I am an international student so I am unable to attend the offer day. Would be happy to hear your opinions/recommendations.

Hiya,
Rankings are completely subjective and dependent on your preferences, so if you feel confident with your ranking then that's great! 🙂 Chads and Marys are both really great colleges, just keep in mind Castle is the most popular college and becomes overly subscribed quite quickly but your rankings look great and I hope it goes well!
Why isn't St Hild and St Bede more popular? Is it the location, away from all the other colleges (but on a main road coming in to the city)? Is it because, despite being a Victorian building, it's only been a college of the university since the 1970s?

Hiya,
St Hilde and St Bede is a great college and highly underrated to be honest, the general consensus is that the location being far is what makes it slightly unpopular. But they will be moving to a new site in 2024 close to the city centre! 🙂
