Tenancy takeover for Havannah House

Hey there, I am looking for someone to take over my classic studio at Havannah House (G4 0AS) from 19 May to 2 September (move-in date is negotiable). It is a 12-minute walk to Strathclyde University, and approximately a 30-minute journey to University of Glasgow. It sounds inconvenient, but the railway station High Street is only a 6-minute walk away from the accommodation. Because of how recent the accommodation was built, the facilities and room condition are still in good shape. Do not fret over grocery shopping as well, as you are within walking distance (< 10 minutes) to an Aldi and Morrisons. A 10-15 minute-walk will take you to the city centre, so it's situated at a really good location. Do send me a message if you are interested.
