how to sanitise your hands
How many times do you have to sanitise your hands. Like do you have to do it after every time you sneeze onto your hands. What if I sneeze too much wouldn't that be a problem if I use too much hand sanitiser.
For this matter it is enough to wash your hands with water and soap.

Hand sanitiser is fine, worst thing it can do is dry ur hand out, if ur worried ab this j use lotion x

Try to avoid sneezing into your hands; if you can't get out a tissue in time the advice is to do it into the crook of your arm, because it's not something you use to touch anything else and won't spread anything.
