uploading passport on student finance

I'm not sure why but whenever I try uploading my passport on student finance it just takes me back to the home page ? I haven't uploaded it before and it shows the section as incomplete so idk why I can't add it

If you are trying to upload ID evidence for 24/25 as a UK national. It would the passport details form here:

I thought I'm just supposed to add it on the website?

We can't accept passports on digital upload, only a UK birth certificate. Thanks, Leah.
