Nottingham university product design lecturers

Helloooo I have an offer from Nottingham to do manufacturing and product design, however, I think what I want to know before selecting any other universities is to know what the lecturers are like and their teaching methods. Whether they are supportive or helpful if you are stuck on something. Although I'm not proud of this I do feel that a lot of my confidence in my subjects comes from the teaching style (where in geography GCSE when I switched teachers I went from a grade 2 to grade 9). Is there a support system and encouragement for you as a student? I think I should manage academically if they are okay but if there are issues then I might pick a different university.
