CV help

Hi, I'm currently in my 2nd yr of college looking to start a gap year in which I'll probably work as a HCA (so that I can later start a nursing apprenticeship). I'm really stuck in writing my cv and just wanted to know if anyone had any tips or templates they could share..
It doesn't have to be specific to mentioned career, it can be general tips too.
