AQA GCSE French Speaking Exam

how do you say est-ce que tu t'entends bien avec ..
in vous form??
Also is this appropriate to ask for the general conversation (theme one) or is it too personal ...

i assume it would be 'etes-ce que vous vous entendez bien avec...' but with the accent on the e, but you could probably still use the tu form (i will at least haha)
also it is an appropriate question! but remember you don't get any extra marks for a complicated question, you get marks for simply including a question so you can always simply say 'et tu?' at the end of your answer )
