The first thing is if you actually NEED to lose weight. Have you checked your BMI for your height and age; it's not entirely accurate, but a reasonable guide as to whether you are at a healthy weight?

What kind of job requires you to be 'skinny', apart from one you should quit?

Don't lose more weight if you are already under what is healthy.

You can't spot-reduce fat (not that it sounds like you have much to lose) so you could drop a few pounds and still have curves; boobs, bum and hips. I expected this kind of answer; have they told you to lose weight, in which case have you made a stand and told them to get lost, and have you thought about getting a job that doesn't force unnatural standards on women? How will you work if you aren't healthy or take extreme measures to stay at too low a weight?
I can understand how confusing it can be when your weight changes so much day to day. It might just be water weight, which can fluctuate. Try weighing yourself at the same time each morning for more consistent readings. Remember, daily changes are normal, and your healthy habits are what matter most! Keep including high fiber foods in your diet, as they can help support your weight loss journey.

Read the thread; the OP doesn't need to lose any weight.

I’m not trying to lose weight quickly I still have some fat to lose including bum and waist area. I dont want to get a normal job, being stuck in one place for rest of the life work 9-5 and wait for weekends and getting stupid money.. im sorry but no that is not a life. I’d rather get more toned when it comes to fashion week and earn money that u earn in a year
Have you ever heard of the notion of a "holistic lifestyle"? It's about considering all aspects of your well-being - physical, mental, and emotional - in your approach to health. This guide on a holistic lifestyle describes what you need to do, but I'll summarize some points.

Firstly, make sure you're not skipping meals. Your body needs regular nourishment to function optimally, and skipping meals can actually lead to weight gain in the long run.
Practice mindful eating, which means being fully present and aware of your food choices, chewing slowly, and paying attention to your body's hunger and fullness cues. This can help prevent overeating and promote healthier eating habits.
Include regular movement in your daily routine. Walking is great, but consider adding some variety to your exercise regimen with strength training, yoga, or other activities you enjoy.

I didn't say anything about losing weight quickly, but what I did say, and will repeat, is that you can't spot-reduce fat so you could drop a few pounds and still have curves; boobs, bum and hips. Underweight and toned are 2 different things.

Have your employers told you to lose weight; do they know you're already at an unhealthy level?
