Lactose Intolerance/Allergy Weird Symptoms????

Hi everyone,
few years ago I started noticing a very weird and strong pain in my left arm and left leg. After a lot of GP checks, and blood tests, we found nothing.
After a few months I started noticing that it happened every time I had dairy. The more dairy I consumed, the stronger the pain.
The GP refused to believe me, as he said that lactose intolerance usually just causes stomach issues. I was told to avoid dairy if I had this experience.
It's been 4 years I am not consuming any dairy, however, I am not diagnosed with anything. I was wondering if anyone else ever experience something similar???

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry to hear about the pain you've been experiencing and the uncertainty around it. While lactose intolerance typically causes stomach issues, your body's reaction might be different.
It sounds like avoiding dairy has helped you, which is great. Consider seeking a second opinion from another healthcare provider for more insight. You're not alone in having unique reactions to food, and I hope you find answers soon.
Take care,
