Can I withdraw and then resubmit?

Hi, a few weeks ago I applied for my 2nd year student finance but my mom had undergone technical difficulties. Her account keeps coming up with an error code, however my dad's account is perfectly fine, however, when he was doing his part of the form all his details changed to that of my mom's - so currently on my application it has my dad's statements but with my mom's details. I can't go back and apply the PP2 forms to my application as i had pressed submit and currently says that my application is being processed.
Is it possible to withdraw/cancel this application online and then resubmit it or does this require the need to actively call Student Finance for help?
