I think I got a B in Pe but As in my other highers, can I still get into medicine?

I messed up a bit on my Higher pe exam, but I’m highly confident in my ability in my other highers (chemistry, biology, maths and English)
If I get AAAAB by the end of s5 can I still be seen as a top applicant at Unis?
I know UCAT and other factors also impact getting in and I did a practice UCAT last year achieving a score of 2670.
I’m just so stressed that this one silly mistake will ruin my future chances.

I doubt the MBBS course care about PE when you got those As
