Really need advice :(

I have pretty terrible a levels and my LLB is a 2.2 . Although my mental health was not great during uni it does not excuse my lack of maturity .. I regret this tremendously.. I want to retake both and I was wondering if anyone has done this and managed to secure a TC in London? I can’t find anything online about anyone doing this but I do know it’s possible to retake your degree. At least some places allow it . I’m just wondering if it’s foolish and I’d still get rejected anyway . Just can’t see myself now not working in the City if I were to qualify but I feel like I killed my chances with my academic record ..
