bit of a burnout ar the wrong time...

gcses start only in a few weeks, however I really cannot revise. I can't concentrate on anything, neither does anything stress me out.
at the same time I have this strange self belief and self confidence, in which I can't tell if this is good or bad...
I'm someone who does well in school but t years just to sit here and await for these dumb exams is daunting.

if anyone has anything motivational or something that can help me concentrate, that would be amazing 😞

Relax, breathe, prepare as best as you can and you can only try your best.

Once upon GCSEs are over, you can do anything you want, go to college, take a course, do an apprenticeship.

There is a lot of support out there such as:

You can self refer yourself to talking therapies on the NHS website.

There is the mind forum

Also Facebook groups

You can join support groups

You can contact a crises team if things get very bad

Plenty of resources online, information regarding well being.
