Application approved before evidence was able to be submitted
Hi,
I received an email asking to upload supporting evidence for my application about my mothers marital status and the same day (about an hour later) I received another email says there has been an update to my application. My application has been approved but for the minimum maintenance loan (which is a lot less than I am eligible for) before I was able to upload any evidence or for it to be checked. What do I do in this situation? I’m just very confused as to what has happened. Should I cancelled the application and redo it?

This is the normal procedure to ensure that some funding is in place for the start of your course. Your evidence will now be assessed and a revised award letter will be issued when completed. It's annoying that this is not made clear in the award letter as it does cause confusion.
