does anyone know any niche things which help guarantee offers for med like schemes etc. or working w an organization linked to the skl etc. coming from a selective skl. thx

As far as I am aware there are no 'guaranteed offers' but a few uni's can guarantee an interview if completing say Biomed/medical sciences BSc with them and going straight onto their medicine course (if meeting things like 1st class degree) - this is the case with the University of Exeter. I realise this may not be useful to you depending on your stage and age, but is one idea.
