I’m looking to transfer the lease for my current accommodation located 5 mins from Wembley Park station from MID-JUNE TO AUGUST 31ST for a newly renovated single-person en-suite studio room in Scape Wembley (Medium Studio).

Current rent is 410 GBP per week (all-in bills incl. Electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi) and discounted it so the resident pays 250 GBP per week everything included. There is a 250 GBP deposit and the payment must be made in one instalment to complete the contract.

Flat is brand new furnished studio with double bed, ensuite, own kitchen,

5 min walk to Wembley Park Station, 10 mins walk to 4 supermarkets, 30 minutes to UCL door-to-door

Rent includes 24/7 reception, security, secure bike storage and package delivery, gym, cinema room, games/lounge area, laundry, study zones, meeting rooms, maintenance, a games area and social events
