Kicked out/homeless at 19

I'm not sure where to go or anything. I'm 19 years old and was kicked out by my mom's boyfriend and now the last few days I've had no where to stay. I have no money, I only have the set of clothes I'm wearing and my phone + it's charger. And I'm scared because I have no one to go to 😔

Do you have any trustworthy friends or family you could stay with until you get back on your feet? Or have you looked at any homeless shelters? You could also go to a police station and ask around they may help you and take you to a nearby homeless shelter or come with you to collect your things from your mum's house. Unfortunately legally there's not much you can do because you are over 18 so legally an adult. You said your Mum's boyfriend kicked you out does that mean your mum was home when it occurred? Also why did you get kicked out? It will matter especially if it is violence, alcohol, or drug related.

Whatever you do make sure you are safe and DO NOT let your phone die.

he can't kick you out if he is dating your mom that makes no sense you should be allowed to stay with your mom he's not the boss of you

I would go straight to the Police. Unless he is the House Owner he has Zero rights to kick you out. Whoever owns the house has rights, but even then you have some protections from eviction. It could be he has committed an Offence, such as Harrassment under Protection from Harrassment Act and that would be the Police's job.

Othewise go to local County Court with short easy application to Judge and he/she will make a decision for you !! Any help needed on that from then please message me as I have spent more time in Civil Court than at home !!. Civil I
note, NOT criminal, and always as the Plaintiff.

But the Boyfriend has no legal rights. Tell me how you say he has rights to kick her out ?. HE DOES NOT !.

Hi , call up the council and ask for emergency accommodation as you are sleeping rough/homeless, they will hopefully give you a room in a hostel depending if there’s any rooms available in the area. If you’re still waiting/on the street, when it’s morning go to McDonald’s or KFC etc and use the toilet to just clean yourself up and brush your teeth. you can charge your phone , it’s faster to find a plug in the wall than the Bluetooth charging as it’s slow. If you have any money grab a hot drink and you’ll be able to sit there as you’ve bought something.
