ALevel options

I have already chosen my alevel options and given them to colleges
HOWEVER i chose chem, bio and psychology
I'm predicted a 7 in chem which due to having no proper chemistry teacher this year in my recent mocks i got a 5 and last year i had an 8
A FIVE IS THE LOWEST GRADE I'VE EVER GOTTEN
Unfortunately chem is also my most disliked subject so i have no interest in boosting that grade up but i also really want to go into the medical field
What should i do??
Work harder to boosting that grade up or ask to change chem into another subject?
I thought the most reasonable solution was to work as hard as i could to atleast achieve a 7 but my now current chem teacher makes me hate chemistry so much and the resources she uses are so difficult to understand and answer so I can't bring myself to work harder
What should i do?

You can apply to Southampton, Plymouth, Newcastle, UEA, Lancaster, Manchester, Sheffield, Kent and Medway, Leicester, Keele without A Level chemistry, with doing A Level biology, psychology and another subject.

Drop chemistry and choose another subject instead. Why would you choose A-level chemistry if you already hate it? Doing it because you think you might need it for a future career plan is not a good idea. You need to enjoy in and ideally get a 7 minimum, as otherwise you are really going to struggle with it at A-level and likely end up with a bad grade, which will be much worse for any uni plans.

you could always start year 12 with 4 subjects and drop down to 3 when you know what you like (if that's something your college offers)
