Apprenticeship needs a 4 in science

The apprenticeship that i’ve applied for asks for a 4 in science. However I’ve chosen triple science and I got a 3 in physics, 6 in biology and a 4 in chemistry. I’m not sure I would be able to get in with those grades.

I think you should be fine. The usually mean a 4 in general which you do have.
Also apprenticeships are usually very lenient with grades and they aren't too bothered about the technicalities. They're more bothered about you having a passion/interest for what you're applying for.

I'd apply anyways. What's the worst that could happen?
