Loughborough accomodation (Cayley vs Faraday)

Hi all,
I have spent a decent amount of time considering all the loughborough undergrad accommodation options. I have narrowed it down to Cayley and Faraday for quite a few reasons (15 meals so I don't have to worry about food during weekdays but I can cook on weekends, cheaper than the expensive options, both smallish and friendly and a whole list that would take a while).

I don't drink but love to make new friends and try new things. I mainly want:
- Nice green areas
- People who are genuinely nice (which I have seen a lot anyway loughborough despite stereotypes)
- Close to Maths (though they are both in the village)
- The one that is less notorious for messy bathrooms and kitchens.
- Racial diversity would be nice
