which russell group unis can i transfer to, beginning second year?

i am not happy at my current uni and was wondering if there were any russell group unis that would accept second year transfers.

id prefer to transfer to uni down south and the main uni i want to transfer to is uni of southampton but i think they only accept medical school transfers.

There are too many variables to answer this, (a uni might not consider any transfers, only transfers for certain subjects, only transfer from other specific unis, only where you meet their typical AL offer etc. etc). Ultimately it's a case of contacting any you would consider with your full academic profile and see what they say.
