No access to HE course at a college / or online and then apply to OU 🙂
OU doesn't have entry requirements so you could jump right in without an access to HE course. Unless there's a specific reason you want to do access to HE?

I just thought if I wanted to become a teacher then id need a level 3 maybe for when applying for jobs.

I think higher education would be more important for a teaching career than A-level/equivalent courses tbh. You might also need to do further study after your bachelors but the student support team at OU is really good at discussing your options with you regarding that.
And then apply to open uni ? Cos i know you have to apply to uni after an access to allow the course to be for free???
Hi there, all Open University OpenLearn courses are free to study and the OU offer nearly 1000 free courses across 8 different subject areas. There is no start and end date, you can start right away or at a time that suits you and you can work at your own pace 😊
