I love the Kent accent, not too Londonish if you know what I mean. Sort of more up market.
Sadly my least favourite has to be a scottish accent on account I can't understand what scottish people are saying.
I suppose since I have been born and bred in kent I may have a Kentish accent.

I agree. I always wear earphones whenever I'm in Scotland, they need elocution classes. Please speak properly, we are all English aren't we

australians have great accents.

i also find caribbean accents great. YA MAN!!
On the tube yesterday, the driver said "Please mind the doors man. Ya Man!" (Because of Bob Marley of course). What's weird is that I seemed to be the only one, apart from maybe two other people who actually got the joke... I guess it's hard to get if you haven't been in the UK very long.

I like the rare North American accents. It beats the generic American accents that you constantly hear on WB and NBC series, that everyone thinks is the accent that everyone talks in the US.
In the US:
Texan: I've got a thing for a girl with a Texan accent. Some people say it sounds dumb so maybe I like intellectually challenged girls.
Virginian: they sound so friggin posh
Californian: the So-Cal surfer on drugs one
Bostonian and Midwest accents are interesting too

In Canada:
A Newfie accent for English
A French-Canadian accent for French

I wish we got to hear those accents more often in London...

Ok it's not a Newfie accent but Nova Scotia is still a maritime province in Canada, and not too far from Newfoundland. Can I have her number?

everyone thinks i'm from boston. Actually, i was born in washington state and have spent too long living in newzealand and have just become terribly muddled. But hey. It's a unique accent
