SFE website not working
Each time I try to log in to apply for student finance, once I sign in the page goes to an error page saying "An unknown error has caused the application to stop working. Try and login later to resume your task."
I have tried to log in multiple times this week and it still isn't working. I am starting university in September which is already very stressful, I wanted to make sure this would be sorted very soon.
Is anyone else struggling with this and does anyone else know when it will be back up? I don't know what to do so any advice would be great!!

Hi BerserkBlond,
You will need to call us on 0300 100 0607 or start a live chat through your online account so we can report the defect. As there is no timescales for when defects will be resolved in the meantime you will need to send us a paper application. You can download the application form here:
