MBA choice between University of Exeter, Sheffield, Cardiff, Liverpool, Birmingham

Hi,
I am an international student from India currently holding MBA (full-time) offers from the following universities -
1. Exeter
2. Liverpool
3. Birmingham
4. Cardiff
5. Sheffield

The reason why I have applied to these universities are that they didn't require me to give a GMAT to apply for the MBA programme and since I am adamant on starting my masters this year (2024) I had limited time to prepare for the examination.

Additionally, the course fees are significantly cheaper than other B schools in UK. However, this reason is not my only deciding factor in choosing these universities.

The course modules are more or less similar across the universities and so are the student clubs and activities.

I am mostly apprehensive about the job opportunities post education. Which of these universities has a better recognition (not only on paper or rankings) and value among recruiters. I am fully aware that most recruiters worldwide hire students from the Top B schools as first pick but I want to get a sense of how these universities fare with others.

Additionally, I know that skills and real life experience plays an essential role over simply having a particular degree from a school but I need some insights from residents, students, ex students, hiring managers (if any here) and working professionals.
I would appreciate your insights which will help me take my final decision.
