Hi, im soon gonna take my final unit 3 law exam which is based on Homicide and property offences i have issues with evaluating and analyasing the content especially for police powers can you help please.

Hey im taking mine soon too

Evaluating homicide and property offence is 3 paragraphs each but no evaluation for police powers or defences

Analysis: start with the law it’s governed by e.g The police and criminal evidence act 1984 (PACE)

Then go into detail describing each part of the police power that comes up in the exam
include examples and cases in brackets if relevant.

Yes it does thanks can you also give advice or examples of how to evaluate and analyses on both homicide and property offences for instance how to evaluate and analysis voluntary manslaughter and theft im tyring so hard to revise from my unit 3 revision guide but i just need extra understanding i just really want to secure my marks because these are my finals which determine my university so i would really appreciate my exam is on the 9 th of may

Mines on the 9th too focus your revision on Murder,Loss of control and burglary those are definitely gonna be on.
Ive got a good structure sheet my teacher gave, it would be easier if i send you that and some write ups i have too
