Nottingham Accommodation: rambunctiousness and premium on Florence Boot

I intend to apply for accommodation in Nightingale, Cripps, Florence Boot and Derby, but am trying to decide what order to put them in, assuming my hand hasn't already been forced. As such, I have a couple of questions:

1. Although I am reasonably sociable and don't necessarily need to live in quiet accommodation, I value my space and peace (for full disclosure I am autistic). It therefore would be useful to know if there are particular halls which tend to attract the rambunctious, so I can try to avoid them
2. I am quite attracted by the Florence Boot hall, but notice that the rooms tend to be slightly more expensive than their equivalents elsewhere. Is it known why this is, and is the premium worth it?

I'm sorry if these questions have been answered elsewhere; I'm still quite new to this site and haven't worked it all out yet!
