Student finance england, maintenance loan

Hi I've tried to contact SFE everywhere and someone suggested I try here. Here is the email I had sent a week ago.
I was surprised that for the maintenance loan for the upcoming academic year is £700 less than what was granted for the previous ,2023/2024, academic year. This significant reduction has left me unsettled, especially considering the financial challenges I have encountered with the previous maintenance loan. The amount that has been given to me for the upcoming year is equivalent to as if I were to live with my parents, which I am not living with my parents.
Furthermore, there has been changes in my family circumstances since the previous year. Unlike last year, my sibling is now pursuing higher education in computer science, which inevitably brings out additional responsibilities for my family. This information was not asked when I had reapplied however, I do remember it was asked when I had applied last year. I would appreciate clarification on whether such changes are taken into consideration when calculating maintenance loan.

No it is not my for my final year. This will be for my first year as I am currently doing a foundation year right now.
