BAE Systems degree apprenticeship

I have recently found out I am on the reserve list for the project management degree apprenticeship for BAE Systems in Barrow.

I was naturally very disappointed to find out that I didn’t make the final selection but I know being on the reserve list still gives me a good chance!

I wanted to ask if anyone else in previous years intake have been on a reserve list and if so;

1) Did you get the job?

2) How long did it take to find out?

3) Does anyone know how long a reserve list is? I.e 5/10/15+ people?

4) What are my chances? (Hard question!)

I want this role with all my heart and praying I am soon successful!

Did you end up getting accepted?

I’m going to be on the same apprenticeship course at a different location (Warton).

I was just trying to find people who are going into the same apprenticeship cause everyone seems to doing engineering or something similar.

Congratulations!!!

I don’t know if we would be enrolled at the same university for the degree side of things because we’re in different location and sectors but will be looking out for you if we are.

Super excited to start and looking forward to connect with more people.

hi i know its been a while since you posted but how long did it take between being put onto the reserve list and being given an offer? i was put on the reserve list around a month ago

Most likely to be after results day as positions open when people don’t get the required grades

ilk ptobably not have much luck the grade bounderies are ccc for my role so i dont think many people wont get that

I've been put on the reserve list and was wondering if anyone heard back or know when you will hear back? Also if you don't get accepted into the one you were interviewed for do you get considered for others that put as a second choice or get put up for places the year after?
