And

I’m 21 old student currently I’m doing GCSEs English maths biology chemistry and physics. It’s been 2 years since I moved to UK. I want to get addmision in uni. But they told me first I have to do GCSEs and A levels. I’ve already wasted my 2 years. Can I go uni without GCSEs and with just a levels?

I believe you have to do level 3 qualifications this includes a levels or you could also be BTECS there’s lots more also. Other options such as courses through colleges. Some unis go off tariff points some ask for specific grades and sometimes specific a level subjects.

Some people I know have done courses that don’t require exams but they get tariffs points and in my opinion that is a much easier route than a levels but it depends on the uni course you want to apply as some ask for specific subjects. I would suggest looking at uni courses and they’re entry requirements.
