law problem question

hello has anyone got any example problem question answers, specifically for equity anf trusts and land law.

i really struggle with these and i dont know why. in essays i tend to do really well and most of the time get firsts or 2:1's, but when it comes to problem questions its horrible

the last one i did i scored 35% which is so bad, luckily it was a mock but i have a real one coming up soon and im so scared. i just dont understand what i do wrong, i use the IRAC method and analyse all issues and laws- the feedback i get is usually so generic aswell, nothing really helpful

Hello,

I would suggest that the first resources you should make use of are past papers and any generic feedback that may be available. After you have made use of these, or if you are looking for additional questions then I would advise asking Chat GPT as it can come up with some really good examples.
