Low IGCSE grade but high A level grade

Hello, I'm currently in Y12, and I've achieved a high maths grade for AS. However, I got a C in igcse maths (I only had 6 weeks to study for it since i joined the accelerated class late and I had to go back to europe, it was not my best performance.) My dream is to study physics at imperial, should I retake my igcse maths?

Any help would be really appreciated, thank you so much!!

If you have an achieved AS Maths grade that would cover any GCSE Maths requirement - you don't need to retake the GCSE.

would it affect my chances of getting in though?

If there is a reason that all your GCSE grade was low - as you have outlined - then make sure that your school includes this info in your UCAS reference. GCSE requirements are about 'skills' - having an AS in Maths is higher than a GCSE and therefore this wont be an issue with your application.
