Confusion about an A level transfer

I'm currently doing my A levels at a sixth form and this year the sixth form has been terrible in basically every way for the subjects I'm doing and the support they give so near the start of the year I tried to transfer to a college in a town not too far with a bus service but due to the sixth form writing a poor reference for me and not getting any feedback about me from my actual teachers I ended up stuck here however the director of A levels at the college said he could still enrol me to do year 13 there which I agreed to my current A levels at the sixth form are Maths (Edexcel), Computer Science (OCR) and photography (Edexcel) and I'll be doing all the same A levels at the college however the computer science exam board and the photography exam board are different to the sixth form they're both AQA the college knows that the sixth form did computer science with OCR but they and I thought that photography was with AQA there too and I only found out the other day I've emailed the director of A levels there to ask if it'll be an issue or if it'll get sorted at enrolment day however he hasn't responded and it's been a few days which means he won't see it so I thought I'd ask here if anyone knows if it'll be an issue that I'm switching exam boards and the college doesn't know will I still be enrolled into the course correctly is basically what I'd like to know or should I keep trying to contact them to let them know on my enrolment form which has been filled out for the enrolment day the director of A levels put: "he is a good student and two of the exam boards are the same from where he is switching and in the exam board he is switching from both the course contents and NEA are very similar". I hope someone who's been in a similar situation or just knows will be able to help thank you in advance.

and my sixth form aint great tbh
i take bio, which is one of the hardest subjects to do well in (in hindsight not a good idea for me to pick but oh well) and my teachers have changed 6 times, and with all due respect they cant teach they just tell us to read pages from a textbook but i went from an E at the start of yr 12 to an A so i think it'll be alr x
