i’ve been dealing with the same issues but i do edexcel politics a level which has been horrible and caused me severe mental health issues. i think the best way to think about it is that you will be fine and to just make sure u are working as hard as u possibly can. i think breathing exercises work, just positive affirmations maybe talking to loved ones, and overall just understanding that it is not the end of the world even if it feels like it. for me it took nearly killing my self and having my family basically rethink it to understand it’s never something to have such bad feelings about because it’s never the end. this seems like such a rant of all sorts but just remember ervyeon is in the same boat and u can use music, prayer, sleep, affirmations, breathing exercises, family and friends,
