Dear GCSE and A Level students,
With the run-up to exam season, I thought it would be nice to make a thread where I post weekly check-in polls for you to vote in and then we discuss why we feel this way in order to uplift and prepare each other for exams! We got this!
Also, after you have voted, please comment 'Check-in' below so that I can tag you in future polls!

(check-in)
I put 3 for this week (mainly because of this https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showpost.php?p=99414267) even though I still managed to get a lot of work done.

Obviously I’m in Y12 right now but UCAS exams are coming up anyway. 100% full marks in Maths and Further Maths (especially for Pure and Stats) is well within reach so it’s lots of motivation to push. Computer Science is a drag as always but I’ve learned to just power through it at this point. A*A*A* (no exams for stats right now) could easily happen.
I put 2 because I'm feeling a little better than last week, but by no means am I feeling good. I only have 3 days left before study leave which is honestly nerve wracking.
Feeling average so put a 3. Happier than last week, but it’s not fully processed that my exams are in just over a week. Idk how I feel about them. I feel like I could get solid Bs at least in all my exams right now, biology probably As and maths definitely As (max is A in AS exams). FM and Chem need a bit more work but I feel so much better about them compared to like a week ago.

Excited for the summer and this month to be over

I put 2 because I’m feeling the pinch this week.
I had my first official exam yesterday (chemistry AS practical) and it went as smoothly as expected because it was just writing down observations.
I have physics AS practical next week which is going to be much more difficult because of the analysis you have to do with your results, and then biology AS1 next Friday - bricking it.
I do know the large majority of my stuff for biology, I just need to sharpen up my recall and be certain that I know the gist of the topics inside and out.
I’m sending you hugs if you’re still reading this - this is a stressful time but we’ll get through it 🫶
I put 2 because I'vve not been feeling great this week and jut super stressed so I think that has been affecting my relationships with everyone but also because yesterday was the last day (apart from leavers day) so its been really nostalgic and surprisingly sentimental. Also exams start on thursday and I keep having dreams of failing my GCSEs
