Room Available for Rent

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Urbanest City (a postgraduate student accommodation), located near Tower Hill & Aldgate tube stations - less than a 5 min walk. My lease runs until 7 September 2024, but I'll be moving out soon , so I need someone to take over.

It's £310 per week for a cozy room on the 6th floor with your own bathroom. The room is in a very nice modern building with a large comfy common room (which includes study rooms and printing facilities), a cafe downstairs and very friendly staff at the reception - I highly recommend this accommodation!
