Is it possible to change tier on the day of the exam from higher to foundation?
and sit the foundation paper instead for all 3 papers because teachers will not be in the exam hall only invigilators also will they check which tier i am doing and refuse to give me foundation or not plz let me know

I think it depends on school because for my november mocks, that's what they did at my school.

As a year 11 myself, I think you'll have to ask a teacher of that specific subject to change your tier, I doubt you'll be able to change it in the exam hall.
If a mistake is made they can be corrected on exam day they will usually have a few spare papers. They will know what paper you are entered for. There are registers they have to complete and your name will be on the higher tier register. If you claim there's a mistake they will have to check and ensure the admin is done to change your entry. Whatever issue you have with your entry tier you need to sort it out before exam day.
