Looking for a part time job

I'm 16 and looking for a part time job, I've tried cafes, fragrance stores, boots, super drug, restaurants but nowhere seems to be hiring part time. I've applied to Pizza express and Chipotle and still waiting for a response back as they have part time jobs going at the moment and the hours they are asking for seems to fit pretty well into my schedule. I've got a CV, NI and everything else I need but I can't find anything else, all of these "Job websites" seem to be a load of crap and display things like bank manager when you type in part time 16 near me. I'm in north London and to be honest not fussed what I work as because I'm trying to save up enough for prom and some other expenses that I have to pay for. If anyone has any ideas or knows of any vacancies near North London please do hit me up asap.

Are you in year 11? Some places also require you to have finished school (i.e. the end of june in year 11) so that might explain your bad luck in some cases.
Try fast food places as well (especially mcdonalds) as they take on a lot of students. Also try the more independent cafes/restaurants as they might be more willing to take on than the chains.
Try toursty places/attractions as well. There must be quite a few of them in london.
