Hello! I am looking for someone take over my tenancy at Student Roost 10 Pittodrie Street for the 2024/25 academic year as i need to find a tenant to take over my contract.
It is an en-suite Gold room in a mixed flat. The room has its own bathroom, under-bed storage, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers included in the room. There is a bright and spacious kitchen shared with other 5 flatmates. The building has a 24h reception, as well as communal and study spaces.
The flat is conveniently located, with about 10 min walk to Aberdeen university, and less than 5 minutes walk to Tesco and Aberdeen Sports Village. Additionally, there are many bus stops around with buses going to the city centre and RGU.
£170 per week (all bills included)
